Biography

William “Fripp” Prioleau joined Jorgensen, Brownell, & Pepin, P.C., in 2022 as an Associate Attorney practicing in the fields of construction, real estate, and business.

Fripp is a graduate of the College of Charleston Honors College, where he majored in Political Science; and the University of Colorado Law School, where he completed a certificate of specialization in Energy, Environmental, and Natural Resources Law and Policy.

As a law student, Fripp interned for the legal divisions of the National Audubon Society, Rocky Mountain Wild, and the Law Offices of Randall M. Weiner, where he supported civil and administrative litigation through research and legal writing. He also worked as a student attorney for the University of Colorado Law Clinics, where he advised clients. Immediately prior to joining Jorgensen, Brownell, & Pepin, Fripp worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lindsay VanGilder and the Honorable Russell Klein at the 1st Judicial District of Colorado, where he was exposed to variety of legal issues and gained a deeper familiarity with litigation processes from the perspective of a decisionmaker.
