A seasoned and proven litigator with over 30 years of experience, Attorney Gerald Jorgensen has successfully litigated against numerous construction companies and developers. He regularly visits construction sites in order to examine builds and with litigation engineers identifies defects or other potential issues. He is licensed to practice in Colorado, the U.S. District Court District of Colorado, the U.S. District Court District of Texas, and the U.S. District Court District of Nebraska.
