Biography

Jordan joined Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin in December 2025 as an associate attorney in the firm’s business, construction, and real estate practice groups after being sworn into the Colorado Bar in October 2025.

Before attending law school, Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology with a minor in Sociology from The Pennsylvania State University.

Jordan then attended the University of Colorado Law School, where he served as a student attorney in the Samuelson-Glushko Technology Law and Policy Clinic, focusing on issues related to on AI policy and regulation. Jordan also served as the communications director of the Asian Pacific American and South Asian American Law Student Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Jordan served as a summer law clerk in the DEN Legal division of the Denver City Attorney’s Office. There, he worked as part of the in-house legal team supporting Denver International Airport and gained experience in a variety of legal areas, including contract, landlord-tenant matters, accessibility, and regulatory law.

Outside of the office, Jordan enjoys playing music on a variety of instruments, competing on local club ultimate frisbee teams in the Fort Collins area, and spending time skiing, snowboarding, and skateboarding.
