Legal Receptionist
Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, P.C. is a full-service law firm with four office locations. We are seeking a reliable (excellent attendance required — we need someone who doesn’t constantly call in), proactive Receptionist for our Broomfield office.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership traits, takes initiative, manages time effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment. You must be dependable, highly organized, and solutions oriented. This is not just a front desk role — it’s a key position in keeping our office running smoothly and professionally.

- Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls; route calls appropriately and maintain a calm, professional tone in all interactions.
- Greet clients and guests; provide a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Manage and maintain office cleanliness, supplies, and organization.
- Scan and move client documents with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Assist with client account maintenance (address changes, emails, etc.).
- Process and distribute daily mail, record fees, and ensure daily drop-off at the post office.
- Accurately collect and process client payments.
- Set up and audit new client files.
- Support the legal team and management with administrative tasks as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high call volume with grace and professionalism.
- Excellent multitasking and time management in a busy office setting.
- Sharp attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy.
- Strong customer service with a positive, team-centered mindset.
- Able to handle sensitive or difficult interactions with maturity and tact.
- Willingness and ability to obtain Notary certification within 1 year.
- Must pass a criminal background check.

- Pay: $22.00–$25.82 per hour (DOE).
