Arbitration Lawyers in Colorado
Using a Legal Alternative to Going to Court
Taking a case to trial is expensive and time-consuming. Court dockets are frequently delayed and you may wait up to a year for a trial date. If both parties agree, rather than a trial, parties may submit a matter to binding arbitration where a qualified arbiter hears both sides of the argument, reviews evidence, and hears the argument of both parties and then makes a ruling which becomes a valid court order. Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, P.C. provides skilled legal professionals to arbitrate your issues.
Arbitration can be applied to a variety of legal cases, including:
- Family law
- Business law
- Personal injury
- Intellectual property law
- Divorce
- And much more

Arbitration Process & Benefits
In a typical arbitration case, you and the opposing party agree to use a neutral third party arbitrator to solve your legal dispute. During out-of-court meetings, you, your counsel, the opposing party, and legal counsel will bring your arguments and cases to the arbitration session. The arbiter hears both sides’ arguments, reviews evidence and hears from witnesses, then issues a binding ruling. Arbitration actions can typically be set within two to three months of the request and can be completed more promptly than litigation.
Arbitration provided by skilled Attorneys
Arbitration requires attorneys familiar with its methods and procedures. Gerald L. Jorgensen and Rebecca M. Pepin of Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, P.C. have the requisite skills, experience and training to provide arbitration services for civil and domestic/family cases. You can trust our team to act professionally, building both your firm’s reputation and ours through successful arbitration.
