After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder, Taran started working full-time for Andrew Benefiel. While in school, Taran was a member of Civic Embers, an educational program that helps teach students in Ukraine how to develop civic identity through community projects.
