Yasaman H. Hosseini joined Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin in 2020 as an associate attorney. Yasaman specializes in transactional matters, focusing her practice on estate planning, business transactions, and real estate. Yasaman counsels clients in all aspects of business and estate planning, including wills, trusts, entity formation, sale and acquisition of businesses and assets, and contract drafting and negotiation.
As a Colorado native with a love for the state, Yasaman obtained her BA in International Affairs, with distinction, from the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating a year early, and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado.
Prior to joining Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, she was a Fellow with the Denver City Attorney’s Office and interned at an international transactional law office in Tehran, Iran. During law school, Yasaman gained substantive experience working at Human Rights Watch in Washington D.C., working at the Colorado Department of State, and participating in the American Indian Law Clinic at the University of Colorado. Her diverse background in business, politics, and organizations allow Yasaman to better understand each client’s needs, and to creatively approach each client’s needs to effectively achieve their objectives.
Yasaman is fluent in Farsi and proficient in French. Outside the office, Yasaman enjoys spending time with friends and family, learning to ski, cooking, and traveling.
