Erica L. Gajda joined Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin in 2019 as an Associate Attorney. Erica focuses her practice in the areas of contested and uncontested probate, elder law, trusts, conservatorships and guardianships.
Prior to joining Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, Erica L. Gajda served as a law clerk for the Honorable Charles M. Pratt (ret) and the Honorable Peter Michaelson in the 18th Judicial District of Colorado in civil, domestic relations and probate divisions. Her time as a law clerk provided her the opportunity to work closely multiple judges and gain valuable insight into the judicial process. During her time as a law clerk, Erica had the opportunity to observe civil, criminal, domestic and probate hearings, conduct legal research and writing, and review thousands of motions.
Erica L. Gajda earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado Law School, where she participated as a student attorney in the American Indian Law Clinic. Erica received her Bachelor's degree from Black Hills State University where she graduated summa cum laude.
Outside of the practice Erica enjoys running, hiking, biking, and exploring Colorado.
