When handling family law and criminal law cases at Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, P.C., Anita Jain is meticulous and results-driven. She brings a wealth of experience to our firm as a Longmont lawyer on our team. Before joining our firm, she worked at the Adams County District Attorney's Office and the Weld County District Attorney's Office. She acted as lead counsel in over 75 jury trials. Her vast litigation experience as a DA allows her to approach cases strategically. Anita now handles cases related to family law, as well as criminal law and litigation. We benefit a great deal from her extensive courtroom experience, legal insight and innovative problem-solving skills.
Anita is licensed to practice in Colorado. An active member of her community, she is on the Board of Directors for Weld County Legal Services, which provides legal clinics for low income individuals. She also served for five years on the Board of Directors for Children First of the Rockies which is a Longmont-based non-profit organization that provides safe services to high-conflict families. During her free time, Anita enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with her family.
