Jonathan P. Stigler

Jonathan joined Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin in 2024 as an associate attorney, practicing construction law, real estate law, land use law, and general commercial litigation.

He is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia, where he majored in history and Spanish. Jonathan has maintained his Spanish fluency and actively utilizes it to assist Spanish-speaking clients. Following his undergraduate education, Jonathan attended William & Mary Law School, where he completed a certificate in Land Use and Environmental Law.

As a law student, Jonathan interned his first summer with a large civil litigation firm in Atlanta, Georgia. He worked extensively in litigation pertaining to construction, real estate, and commercial issues. In his second summer, Jonathan worked as a law clerk for the land use and real estate practice group of a Denver law firm. Here, he honed his understanding of Colorado land use law, an integral consideration in every stage of development within the state.

Jonathan enjoys staying active outside of work, including hiking, fishing, skiing, biking, and generally exploring the great outdoors.
